Admission Criteria

Group Homes

Shared houses with shared rooms, home-cooked meals, and routines shaped around each person.

- The applicants are expected to visit and engage in a tour in the premises of INCLUDID
Group Homes, especially the accommodation and empowerment areas.

- The applicant will also watch a DVD regarding INCLUDID Group Homes and will
receive a pack containing samples of the products made at INCLUDID including an
information leaflet.

- The following will be taken into consideration upon applying at INCLUDID Group
Homes.

- These will apply in the assessment process, during which a standard interview
will be done with all applicants and be reviewed in the post-assessment process.

Age

Applicants need to be 25 and 50 years old. This is due to the aging community of INCLUDID and the inability to provide frail care.

Independence

Physical able to function with assistance and not bed -ridden. At the moment we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs due to the unsuitability of our buildings.

Intellectual disability

Applicant should have been diagnosed of an intellectual disability.

In receipt of a Grant

Applicants must be in receipt of disability grant.

No challenging Behaviour

INCLUDID is unable to offer appropriate support to people with intellectual disabilities who poses challenging behaviours. No dual diagnosis.

Reports to be submitted

Psychological, Psychiatric ( if they are known to psychologists or psychiatrists), Social work and medical reports.
