Rep Group and ET
Representative Group Homes, recycling, security, and employment training — residents taking part in the work of Includid.
Representation is part of ordinary life at Includid. Residents meet, speak for the houses, and take on work that keeps the community going — from household jobs to projects that serve the grounds and neighbours.
Employment training walks alongside that life. It is not a substitute for a home. It is part of one: skills practised in the garden, the workshop, at a computer, and on the gate.
Residents keep the houses going — beds made, dishes washed, floors swept, meals shared. The representative group is where people sit together, speak, and take that work seriously.
Sorting, bagging, and a job done outdoors. The recycling project turns waste into work, and work into pride.

A gate, a uniform, and the quiet responsibility of looking after the grounds. The security project is real work, done by residents who know this place.
Looking after the gate and the grounds — work that keeps the homes safe.
Training is walked with residents week after week — garden, crafts, computers, and the skills of a working day.
Garden work as employment training: soil, rows, and a harvest that feeds the homes.
Computer skills practised one session at a time.
Wool, cloth, and the slow rhythm of making.
Beads, lavender, and something made to sell.
Letters, screens, and skills for a working day.
Pulp, water, and a sheet lifted from the mould.
Computer training, practised at each person’s own pace.
A second session at the computer — the same work, continued.
Computer skills for work, learned side by side.
